- The incumbent is responsible for growing CitiGold/Citiblue customer portfolio through proactive relationship sales.
- Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00
- 2 – 5 years’ sales work experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry or other high-end products or services

- Excellent verbal and written English
- Sales and service oriented
- High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills

- Brief outline of the position
- The incumbent is responsible for acquiring new CitiGold/Citiblue customers.
- Main Responsibilities
- Serve as acquisition channel for Citibank retail bank.
- Develop and execute sales / marketing plan directed towards achieving customer acquisition targets.
- Network through various community events and organizations.
- Conduct variety of lead generation activities and follow up consistently.
- Assess potential customers needs in order to convince them to become Citibank customers.
- Ensure superior service delivery.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00

- The incumbent is responsible as the product expert for customers and relationship managers at the branch.
- Main Responsibility
- Own revenue targets for each branch for their designated products (i.e., investment, foreign exchange, or insurance).
- Act as product advisor to the branch, including trainings, commentaries, portfolio counseling, portfolio re-balancing, etc.
- Assist in developing sales & marketing planning for the branch in meeting set goals.
- Ensure compliance at the branch, including sales report monitoring, compliance trainings, report reviews, etc.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00
