The incumbent is responsible for growing CitiGold/Citiblue customer portfolio through proactive relationship sales.


Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
  • Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve agreed targets.

Banking Product Specialist (Investment, Foreign Exchange, Insurance)

The incumbent is responsible as the product expert for customers and relationship managers at the branch.


Main Responsibility
  • Own revenue targets for each branch for their designated products (i.e., investment, foreign exchange, or insurance).
  • Act as product advisor to the branch, including trainings, commentaries, portfolio counseling, portfolio re-balancing, etc.
